       Dan Grentz is a singer and songwriter who has traveled throughout the United States from Florida to California and from Texas to Michigan, singing at churches, camp meetings, youth rallies, county fairs, sporting events and other such gatherings. On several occasions, he has also appeared on Three Angels Broadcasting Network satellite television programming.  On October 25, 2011, Dan was on WIN 98.5 FM as a featured artist on their "Homegrown" Music segment with Bobby Guy.  In the fall of 2008, Dan was the winner of WBCT-B93's on-air Hometown Showdown II contest with his original country song, "Fast Forty".  To see the music video of "Fast Forty" click one of the following links.

       Dan has been singing for as long as he can remember. For four years he sang and traveled with a Christian choral harmony group called the Eternity Singers. For the past twenty-one years, Dan has traveled with Buddy Houghtaling as his bass player and background vocalist, and was privileged to be on Buddy's most recent recordings, "Mercy Road" and "One of Those Clouds".  Dan has recorded a solo gospel project of his own which can be previewed on the "Albums" page.  He was also the executive producer of the recent Christmas project released by the "Buddy Band" featuring Buddy Houghtaling, Linda Sears, Dan Grentz and Ramon Weber.  Recently Dan has written and recorded a number of country songs at Bayou Recording Inc. in Nashville, TN.  To listen to these original songs, click on the "Country Tunes" page link. 

       Dan is currently serving as the musical worship leader for the Day Bible Church in Augusta, Michigan.  He is also a full-time veterinarian in Delton, Michigan where he lives with his wife Ruth, and their three children, Shadrach Jonathan, Leah Joy, and Katherina Joanna.
